REV1211 Ministries ("we", "us", "our") operates the website rev1211.online and the digital reader application at app.rev1211.online (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us directly: your name and email address when you purchase the book, submit a testimony, submit a prayer request, or contact support.
Payment information: all card and payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number. We only receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the email address you provided at checkout.
Automatically collected information: basic technical data such as browser type and IP address, used only for security (e.g. rate-limiting) and to keep the reader app working correctly offline as a Progressive Web App.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To grant and verify access to the digital book you purchased
- To respond to prayer requests and support emails
- To display testimonies you have chosen to submit publicly on the website
- To send you a purchase or donation receipt
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service
We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
3. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with the service providers necessary to run the Service:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for book purchases and donations
- Our hosting provider — to run the website and store the data described above
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any other third party. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.
4. Data Security
The Service is served entirely over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). The digital book file itself is encrypted (AES-256) and access is gated by your purchase confirmation. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Your Choices
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information (including a submitted testimony or prayer request) at any time by emailing support@rev1211.online. We will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
