These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rev1211.online and app.rev1211.online (together, the "Service"), operated by REV1211 Ministries ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, purchasing the book, or submitting a donation, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides the digital book "Divine Judgment: A Testimony of the Overcomer" by Solomon White for one-time purchase, an integrated Progressive Web App reader with audio narration, a biblical-guidance chat feature ("Rhema Consultant"), and the ability to submit testimonies, prayer requests, and ministry donations.
2. Purchases & Payment
The book is offered for a one-time price displayed at checkout (currently $33.00 USD) for lifetime digital access. Donations ("Giving") are voluntary and non-refundable except as stated below. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.; we do not store your full payment card details.
3. Refund Policy
Because the book is delivered digitally and instantly, all book purchases are final once access has been granted, except where the buyer did not receive working access due to a technical error on our end — in that case, contact support@rev1211.online and we will fix access or issue a refund. Donations are gifts and are non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a clear billing error.
4. Your License to the Book
Purchasing the book grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read it for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share your copy or access credentials with others. Each copy delivered through the Service may be digitally watermarked to your purchase email for this reason.
5. User Submissions
If you submit a testimony, prayer request, or comment through the Service, you grant us permission to display it publicly on the website (testimonies) or to use it internally (prayer requests) for the purpose of ministry. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, and we may edit for length or decline to publish any submission at our discretion.
6. Nature of Content — Not Professional Advice
The content of the book, the website, and the Rhema Consultant chat feature reflect personal religious testimony, biblical teaching, and spiritual encouragement. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, REV1211 Ministries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
